This product is a curing-type silicone gel designed for thermal conductivity sealing applications. It features low viscosity and low volatile compound content (∑D3–D10 < 100 ppm), ensuring no condensation, no silicon precipitation, extremely low oil emission rates, and excellent aging resistance. It is specifically designed for heat dissipation applications in high-performance lens modules, optical cameras, filters, and LED lights where strict cleanliness requirements are necessary.

    The series includes the following products: CX-3151LV, CX-3154LV, CX-3131LV, CX-3181LV.

Product Features and Advantages:

• Ultra-low volatility: The content of small-molecule siloxanes (∑D3–D10) is less than 100 ppm, ensuring no condensation, no silicon precipitation, and extremely low oil release. This makes it ideal for the demanding heat dissipation requirements of optical lenses. 
• Higher thermal conductivity: Thanks to its low viscosity and excellent wettability, a higher filling ratio can be achieved, thereby significantly increasing thermal conductivity. This makes it suitable for manufacturing high-thermal-conductivity, flexible gaskets with heat dissipation capacities ranging from 5 to 13 W. 
• Excellent tensile properties: The unique adhesive properties grant the material strong intermolecular forces. Even with high powder fillings, the gasket retains excellent tensile strength and flexibility, making it less likely to break.
• Superior resistance to extreme temperatures: The cured product exhibits excellent resistance to both high and low temperatures, stable electrical insulation, and good chemical inertness. It can be reliably used over a wide temperature range of -60°C to 250°C.
